The Builder Trial – Community Management service package is an optional 3-month free trial offered for both Security and Automation account types and will convert to the paid Builder – Community Management service package after the 3-month trial while retaining all feature functionality. After the spec home sells, the service provider can simply transition the Community Management service package away from the builder and set up a new service for the home buyer.
