Builders and home resellers can offer Self-Guided Tours to prospective buyers so they can tour available properties on their own time, without a sales agent present. Prospective buyers can schedule the date and time they would like to tour the property, and they will receive an auto-generated door PIN code that gives them access only during their specified showing time.
How it works
The prospective buyer must create a Self-Guided Tours account for identity verification in order to book a tour. They can then choose the date and time that works best for them to visit the property. They will receive a unique PIN code that will unlock the door and disarm the system only during their scheduled tour time.
