The Model Home Hardware Kits are designed to supplement the Alarm.com Builder Program by allowing a participating service provider to receive hardware to set up one Alarm.com system per 25 homes within one community and incur no fees for eligible equipment. This equipment is to be installed in model homes and used as a demo for potential homeowners. Service providers in the Model Home Program must pay for monthly service for model homes, and it is typically recommended to use the Residential Enterprise Security service package.
