Refund Policy

 

Refund policy

We strongly encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions BEFORE to making a purchase to make sure items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

Eligible Refunds: 

  1. Refunds are only eligible for the damaged products. Please send the images of defective products (showing defect) and our analysis team evaluate it. If it found an eligible claim we will issue a full refund.  Please note contact with us in 7 days about the damaged product. After this, your claim period will be expired.

Ineligible Refunds: 

  1. We did not offer a refund on change of mind. Please note some time customer refused to receive the parcel from the post due to any reason, it will be the not eligible way to get the claim. If you got defective parcel get it. Takes images and send to us. 
  2. Sometimes there may be an unexpected delay due to weather, custom clearances or any other mishap, on the late order we again do not offer refund. 

           3. All orders are custom orders and created on customer request.  If the order has been processed, packed or shipped out. We are unable to cancel it. 

We take almost 1 hour after you place the order and we confirm your payment. 

  • *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For returned items that are not damaged, customers are responsible for a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
  • If you refuse to receive parcel upon delivery, any items purchased can't be refunded
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by EM General cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • As many of our items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
  • Custom made items are non refundable. i.e. color blind glasses

Depending on the condition that the item is received (i.e. damage to the package, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: www.toneyclines@atsecuritysystems.com

Undeliverable Products:

If the product is unable to be returned to us, a full refund will not be given.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us. The BUYER is responsible for shipping charges to and from us. A&T Security 

Systems is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at toneyclines@atsecuritysystems.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
