The Terms of Use (“Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of our websites and apply to all services and sub-sites available under the domain name A&T Security Systems.com, as well as all text, audio, video, images, graphics, materials, online communications and other information and content that are or become available on our Web Sites (collectively, the “Information”). By using the Web Sites, you (“you” or “User”) signify your use of these Terms of Use and your acknowledgment that the information that you provide, directly or indirectly, through the Web Sites will be managed by the A&T Security System's Privacy Notice. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITES.

Solicitation or Offer. The Web Sites are designed to provide general information about the A&T Security System, its products and services, and related companies. Any product described on the Web Sites may have exclusions, limitations, reductions in benefits, and terms under which it may be continued in force or discontinued. Please consult a sales associate and/or your membership agreement for more information. Some products and/or services may not be available in all states or provinces. Your eligibility for any particular product or service is subject to final determination by A&T Security Systems. 

Communications.  You agree that by providing your contact information to A&T Security Systems, you consent to receive communication from A&T Security Systems, its affiliates, and its agents in connection with your membership. This may include communication about your account, features, and services via e-mail, push notification, phone, or text message (including by an automatic telephone dialing system and/or with an artificial or pre-recorded voice) at any of the phone numbers provided by you or on your behalf. Standard text messaging charges applied by your cell phone carrier may apply. While you must keep your contact information up-to-date so that A&T Security Systems can communicate with you about your Service, you are not obligated to consent to receive automated marketing phone calls or text messages about other A&T Security Systems products as a condition of membership. If you believe you are receiving automated marketing communications by text message or phone in error, you may opt out by contacting customer service. Likewise, if you wish to stop receiving marketing emails, you may opt out by clicking “unsubscribe” on the email. If you do not opt-out, A&T Security Systems may continue contacting you about new features and cost-saving opportunities as outlined in these Terms of Service and/or the A&T Security Systems Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy. SA&T Security Systems adheres to all applicable laws regarding the privacy of information submitted by users of this site. To receive information about the privacy policy applicable to websites, please visit our Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice, incorporated herein by reference, explains what information A&T Security Systems may collect or gather from you on or through the Web Sites and how we will use and protect your information. A&T Security Systems may use data collected from the sites, including historical data, or cookies by the Privacy Policy. Although the websites contain links to other websites, A&T Security Systems is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by other websites. In addition, unless stated otherwise,  A&T Security Systems cannot guarantee the security of any data that is submitted through the Internet, or by e-mail.

A&T Security Systems makes no representation that materials on the Web Sites are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the USA or Canada, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited.

You may not use the Web Sites in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Web Sites or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Web Sites. You understand that actions in violation of these Terms of Use may subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and A&T Security Systems reserves the right to pursue penalties and other remedies to the fullest extent of the law to protect our rights.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant A&T Security the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content, nor your submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor A&T Security Systems use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You agree not to provide User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by A&T Security Systems in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. the A&T Security Systems may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at A&T Security Systems' sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.
